Look i know you are kind of the rodney dangerfield of this board reppin state, but you have to understand state has never been a perennial contender and the only way they are going to get respect is by toppling a major team(say they beat LSU, Bama, etc this year)...Granted bama would be nearly impossible

Man how the high have fallen.. LSU/MSU on ESPNU on a Saturday night
MSU upsets LSU.. I think Relf will run it down the throats of LSU.
So my score 10-7 MSU

i couldn't care less if you don't respect State
i was loling at a 32-3 prediction, when Vandy did not even give up that many. nor is State's offense like Vandy. State has one of the respected offensive minds in CFB at the helm, Vandy had a guy who worked on a Turkey farm.

You're right. State would kill for Vandy's QB and WR's.

Relf = JJ passing but can run. Our WRs are probably more talented than any scrubs on Vandy's roster.

Your really showing your football savy there buddy.LSU's defense is built perfectly to stop running QB's.

You should change your name to Dangerfield, seriously..
No one said i didn't respect state
And i think you did because you are insecure about your football program. I simply stated what i thought LSU would do against MSU and how state hasn't really been a top SEC program in...well.. a WHILE
Take a chill pill

Relf will only be running for his life. Vandy's WR's know how to A) Catch, and B) Run a route.
Vandy wins.

I was talking about the 32-3 prediction, broseph.

I love how you're propping up the most inept team in the conference. Vanderbilt's team is as worthless as a bag of dicks. Watching them last night hurt my eyes.

In my view, I'm not the one propping the most inept team in the conference.

LSU's run defense is probably the teams best asset, and before you say the UNC and vandy line, UNC had their entire o-line for that game and did nothing running the ball. They contain very well

Okay, then why do you keep saying that? You've said this to other posters as well. They never say they don't respect state, but you keep ranting "oh i dont care if you don't respect us ok?"

I think 32-3 is a little far off based on how we've played. I think state can score one TD, but as good as LSU has been playing on D and considering this will be in DV i don't see state really scoring a lot.

Relf had 5-6 of his passes dropped, if those are caught we're talking about 17-25 for anywhere from 175-200 yards and possibly a win over AU. He's not great, but he'll get the job done if he's put in the right situations. Not to mention our guys like Bumphis, Heavens, and Marcus Green who had off nights.

im gonna put my prediction at 17-13 LSU(if JJ plays) if Lee comes in 27-13 LSU

LSU wins in a defensive struggle. 21-17 type game.

Look we got off to a bad start today due to the fact I'm still celebrating.
I respect Mullen, and I feel he will have state in a bowl game as early as next season.
But I watched the AU-MSU game, and state's WR blew chunks, and their QB's weren't much better.
As someone said right after the game, even had state's QB's been more accurate, there's no guarantee that state's WR's would have caught the balls anyways. That's how bad they were.
With the game on the line, there were two straight dropped passes and a busted route on fourth down. State just doesn't have talent at WR, bottom line.
The facts are MSU's QB and WR's struggle and state loses 17-14 at home. LSU's QB and WR's struggle and the Tigers win 27-3 on the road.
LSU will put away the Bulldogs in the second half. The Bulldog D will keep it close for maybe two quarters, but they will wear down due to the lack of offense.
