Federal court is helping SEC save face here… this would be an embarrassment if brought in front of a judge.

All these dipshits claiming LSU bent the knee better run their victory lap fast, this is just getting started. Sankey is going to lose his job and LSU is going to be vindicated.
The only way this is going to get straightened out is through congress. The SEC and Sankey have no case.

This is nothing compared to what is coming when the individual lawsuits pile up… ESPECIALLY from Wright and Harris.
The fact these guys aren’t suing LSU and instead going straight for the conference is amazing, unexpected, and telling.

Its simple, LSU isn't in charge of making the rules and did everything in their power to get these guys playing but Sankey/SEC directly undermined LSUs efforts and ignored court rulings.
