Because 95 Nebraska was a better team and was elite on both sides of the ball, not just on offense. It showed in the MoV. They beat the #2 team in the country(Florida) by 38 points.
And it was a season coming off an undefeated season in 1994 as well. Almost went undefeated in 1993 also, but lost to #1 Florida St by 2 points in the bowl game.
They dominated people and did it for years.
You did not play the same Clemson team Alabama did.
I have no trouble giving credit where it's due. 2019 was a better season than Alabama has ever had. But it's not the GOAT because you weren't elite on both sides of the ball.
Put that offense with 2011 LSU defense, then you would be talking.

After the Ole Miss game, our defense started wrecking shop. From that game on our defense absolutely was elite. Compare our schedule to '95 Nebraska's and keep in mind we called the dogs off in most games and sat Joe for the 4th in quite a few games to not run up the score and keep him from getting hurt or having someone take a cheap shot at his knees. Had we kept Burrow in vs Oklahoma, we would've put up 80. If Chase doesn't drop that td, we put up 70 against a Heisman finalist QB that only lost, what, 2 games his entire college career? Look at the stat line for each game. Just like Nebraska, none were close. Imagine what the scores would look like if 2019 LSU played '95 Nebraska's schedule. They would have absolutely mauled the shite out of every team, just like Nebraska did. Nebraska wouldn't have done the same with 2019 LSU's schedule. Taking off purple and gold glasses, 2019 LSU is the better of the two. Different era, different strength and conditioning, bigger and stronger players. Head to head there isn't a doubt in my mind we'd beat Nebraska by two Td's. Would be a hell of a game.

I like how you've provided a lot of material to laugh at over the last day. Plenty of:
1. Going back on what you say
2. not being able to answer anyone (especially TigerLunatik d i s m a n t l e d you and you still cannot effectively come back from it) in a decent way
3. having this new found 'will fight to the death for my dear 95 Nebraska' love
4. providing the most laughs with reply by "3rdandten" more times than anyone wants to see but still looks for the laughs.
But then, for your final post you provide enough laughs for me to realize that you might be severely damaged and will have to file a victims claim from the 2019 season.
....Like one of those typical northern alabama stories where a person shoots another actual fan of alabama because they "ain't cheered hard'nouff fer the tahd" or they don't claim the same amount of fake national titles that the person with the shank (that's you) did and ended up with 7 holes in their torso.
All that said....would you want me to expound on the sad status of that last one? It's not your worst, but it's just there.

After the Ole Miss game? You mean after the majority of your schedule was done with? Even then, no it was not elite.
Joe Burrow played all but 1 series of downs against Oklahoma, and LSU scored anyway.
Jalen lost more than 2 games, not that it matters.
LSU would beat Nebraska by today's college football rules - maybe. It's hard to say for sure because LSU wouldn't have gotten the ball very often and wouldn't have been able to stop the Nebraska offense with that piss poor defense. But I think overall I'd probably pick LSU.
LSU would have gotten killed by 1995 rules when those receivers couldn't run their routes safely. Back in the day, it took balls for receivers to run those routes and catch balls over the middle. Not so much these days.
