LSU has two---Auburn trying for one

Cheer up tiger fans!
We have won 2 BCS championships over the past 7 years, and the team we have is young. Also, recruiting looks good.
Auburn will have to win 2 tough games (S. Carolina and Oregon), and then they would have one half of what LSU has.
Not to take anything away from this fine Auburn team, but LSU fans should brighten up.

also have zero championships where we had to pay a player to come to our school...

This is all funny stuff. We all are under the same rules and guidelines for the BCS as crappy as it is. Not like we poloticked or bought our way (ala Auburn) to win the Championship. We took advangate of the opportunities we had and won twice. Get over it, the TWO crystal balls are in Baton Rouge and that is all that matters. Come talk shite Auburn when you actually win one and better pray it does not get taken away for cheating.

Kind of like Auburn has 2 possibly will have 3 Undefeated Seasons in last 20 years and LSU is still trying for 1.

Split NC in 2003 and 2 loss NC in 2007.....congrats! Feel free to check us out this sat. in Atlanta playing for the SEC Championship. Hopefully we can defeat the Cocks and EARN our way in undefeated instead of backing in!
As far as trying to make yourself feel better about LSU's season at the expense of taking a jab @ AU I feel the need to remind you.....

The trophies were won under the BCS rules, and are the same trophies everybody else has (that have won).
It just so happened that teams beat up on each other then---and LSU was the least beat up.
If you read the original post of the thread, I was not knocking Auburn's current team---only pointing out that they (Auburn) are 2 wins away from having half of what LSU has. So we should feel proud and good, despite our "disappointing" (10 wins) season.
