LSU has done it before...2007 was preseason # 2 and did it.

LSU has also come from the pack...aka...the 2003 season.

IT DOESN'T MATTER WHERE LSU IS PRESEASON RANKED, THEY CAN GET IT DONE...fact

Didn't Malzhan have noodle-arm Todd break a few school records his first season? Yeah, that formula is not always correct.

TCU's OC + Mettenburger = your formula blows.

Think about it. Our QB threw for 6 TDs in the regular season and we won 11. Amazing.

I thought it was 4?

That's the main take home point, though.
Atrocious QB play, and still went 11-2.
Why shouldn't we be optimistic?

Jefferson is LSU's established quarterback

Only because Lee can't seem to beat him out. He's more like the QB by default.

things clicked for him again the 2nd half of this season

Did you watch the Arkansas game?

Also, technically the Auburn game was in the 2nd half of the season. Was he clicking then?

I have nothing against the guy, but unless LSU hires a dedicated QB coach to work with him in the offseason, he won't be any better next year than he was this year.

and did you watch the Bama game and the Ole Miss game and the aTm game?

he showed what he is capable of, everyone knows that he was inconsistent overall though. He's gonna be a senior now and he has plenty of experience.

ETA: in the Auburn game, Nick Fairley had a field day in LSU's backfield

bama fans should already know two of the guys, tyrann, and tharold. Dont you just hate it when the other team is playing true freshman in the secondary and still you get beat?

we plan on paying a qb's dad for his son to play for our school. We will go undefeated and win it all. Then it all will be taken away 2 yrs later and we will be placed on probation
