Yikes, the story coming out the other day about how lazy of a recruiter he is and now can’t even recruit his own staff to come with him?

Y'all aren't really comparing Brian Kelly to Nick Saban... are you? Might get ugly around here in a few years. I'm not saying it was a bad hire, since you whiffed on your top guy, but tell me when the last 60+ year old coach was hired who had real success? The Kansas State guy maybe?

Not one bit. Brian Kelly knows what it takes to win, and knows it cannot be done at ND. His assistants, unfortunately, do not understand that yet

Competed pretty well against your national championship coach this year, didn’t he? I’m over the moon about Pittman, especially considering where we were. Doesn’t mean he can win the SEC, but he might surprise me. He may be the second Hog coach in my lifetime that I’ve thought may slip up and win something big, but I don’t believe coaching is the only thing that prevents us from getting it done.

Kelly seems happy. LSU fans seem happy. Then it's all good and off to a good start.
Results will be what they are - and that will happen starting next year. Good luck Tigers. Until then, just be happy. Nobody knows how this will go until then. If I did - I wouldn't talk about it online. I'd make money off it, somehow, some way.

Seriously? One got a HC job he'd never have gotten anywhere but ND. The other gets a Assist HC/OC again nowhere else would he get that offer.
