The story of this game will simply be
LSU OL vs OM DL.
Can LSU find a way to move the chains. LSU must run the ball effectively. Not saying they have to gash them, but they must move the ball and keep the down and distance manageable. If they get into 3rd and longs, their in trouble.

LSU's D will be alright. They'll do what they always do. Give up yards, but clamp down in the red zone. The one thing OM can't do is turn the ball over.

I see LSU's OL having fits. I think OM wins going away. Sure hope I'm wrong.

This is setting up for a Houston Nutt Special... remember a few weeks ago?... Ole Miss -3 against Auburn?... everyone was predicting OM to run away with it?... Ole miss was coming off an impressive win vs. Arkansas?.... ring a bell?

Lock of the century...of the week

No, but the public will be all over this one. I have not even looked at the line, but I am guessing the early money will be on Ole Miss, public will move line down by Sat.

I think it is two teams in opposite direction as far as motivation goes right now. I would not be scared of taking Ole Miss though LSU is the more talented team.

LSU has not played great on the road... Miss. State, Georgia (only home loss for UGA), Alabama (were in it until Jefferson/Scott went out)...

Miles has his back against the wall a little bit... I expect his team to come out ready to play.
