My bad for trying to reason with them, but you have to admit this thread is an anomaly.
It will go down in SECr lore. Years from now, we will remember the time that LSU and Auburn fans both sided with Alabama over a skirmish involving a player that spurned his home state of Louisiana.

Yea, but the fake punt came as a result of him starting to worry. We should have gone for it on 4th and 1, but that decision didn't bother me much. The fake punt on OUR end of the field, was basically screaming desperation and I'm sure players on both sides saw it that way.
That was the moment when I lost all hope, because it signified that Bielema had lost all hope. Before then, I thought we were sitting in good position, although winning was unlikely.

It was panic. We had zero chance of scoring Saturday night barring a major mistake by Bama. It was a no lose situation

Like clockwork, a coach makes a non-standard call and the football geniuses come out to second guess him.
And we're not getting a 4th and 1 against that Dline, our chances were better with the fake punt.

I believe the fake punt was 4th and 5. The 4th and 1 was a different situation.

If he's so big that he can't do anything but run into players of the opposite team, then he needs to get in the background. A coach needs to show some respect to the other team and their players. All of this silly behavior sure didn't help him win, did it? Can you see Coach Saban intentionally trying to run into players of the other team?

I think Drew Morgan got him across the goal line, but the Alabama player certainly helped.

I can see Saban doing exactly what Bielema did, which wasn't "intentionally trying to run into players of the other team". That's your faulty assumption.

Maybe it's just me... but IMHO the SEC Official's office ought to roast that official. He called a penalty on something he clearly didn't see. That's not the way you do your job.

We have some of those same posters here and i bet you could pick them out here as well. Hogville ran Nutt out of town and love a coach that can't win for anything. Watching the melt there when BB is fired will be worth the price of admission.
