Biggest screwups at Arkansas:
Letting Gary Blair go to aTm
Letting Dick Booth go to Florida
Not hiring Jimmy Johnson back when we had the chance.

Hiring Nutt over Tuberville comes to mind.
Firing Nolan and not hiring MA back in 2002 (Yes I know we have him now, but still). Hiring Heath and Pelphrey.
As mentioned previously, hiring Ken Hatfield over Jimmy Johnson (though Hatfield was still a good coach).
Letting Gary Blair leave (as mentioned previously)
Not allowing John McDonnell to pick his successor (also mentioned previously).
Hiring Dana Altman (again, it was quickly erased, but god what an embarrassment).
