This is the correct stance. Although I would almost throw in all of downtown Knoxville in there with the campus. It’s imptoved but still not very aesthetically pleasing. I spend about a third of the year on the road traveling throughout the southeast and along the west coast and I’m still very pleased with Knoxville. My biggest issue is having to fly through ATL to get almost anywhere.

Fayetteville and Lexington are the other SEC towns I would be more than okay with moving to. Nashville is good but growing way too quickly for my taste.

A lot to be said for places that have everything you need when it comes to entertainment options without being too big.
