Not really. The only games Bama had trouble stopping the run game were games with the QB rushing for chunk yards (LSU and Auburn).

Normally I’d agree.
But I believe the SEC as a whole this year was way down. Alabama didn’t resemble any of their previous championship teams. And their only impressive win was over a good Georgia team, but anyone honest would tell you that is Georgia’s worst team in 3 years and they were severely depleted.
Just don’t see Bama as that good this year
