Gotta hand it to you. You put your ignorance right out there for everyone to see. Kudos.

OK you’re right. I think Jam Miller gets at least 5 yards. Probably end with +2. *clap*

Yeah, and I think we all know the reason for this.

Did we already see them tap out at this point? Was this before or after Ty sacrificed 5 yards so he didn’t get hit.

Bama has gotten soft. It really is sad what happened to Nicks program.

Do you have more than Alabama this decade or something? I'm pretty sure we won a couple.

Who cares? It’s just SEC titles, right? Might as well have played in the Reliaquest

Well, that's one of them, probably not the biggest.

Although the real reason we had -3 rushing yards was because we had to abandon the run. We only had 7 carries from our RB in the game, and most of them were early on. Then TY had -28 yards on 6 carries, mostly sacks and like the 1 yard he gained once.

But not being good in the run was nothing new. Our TE missing probably hurt more. Dude is money for getting conversions and extending drives. We like to control the clock, but Georgia did it instead.

And Ty just played like shite when our offense is heavily QB based right now.

Congrats you won, but the season isn't over and I like our team if we can get healthy and fix the mistakes.

What if other teams also get healthy, though.

Or is this just an Alabama problem.

I just don't really think about them. They don't mean what they use to unfortunately. You guys mostly just replaced Florida as our SECCG rival, except when it was against Florida the games usually still mattered. We had a few as well like in 2012 which was really the NCG. But lately, they don't mean much often times and now it really doesn't.

The game is probably going to go away if things don't change with the playoff format. Which doesn't seem likely.

No, the only titles worth discussing are SEC and National titles.

UGA has overcome a lot of key injuries to win 5 of them in the past 5 seasons.

Then I guess it's a matter of how important and impactful the injuries were for the teams.

Alabama doesn't have a ton of depth in terms of guys who are fit for the same system. We have some guys that were recruited by Saban and coordinators like BoB. And we have 1 class of guys from last year that are DeBoers.

A single injury at a position can determine games. In 2019 Alabama suffered a bunch of injuries at the MLB and we ended up starting Shane Lee, and he had to call plays etc. The guy did his best, but he could flat out not cover a wheel route against LSU. They ran that play over and over and won the game. Anytime they needed it, it was there. Despite the guy starting the entire year as a freshman, he never started another game after that season.

So we'll see.

No. Every team has key injuries to key players. Every team. What matters is how each team adapts and overcomes injuries to key players.

Georgia does this. We suffer multiple injuries to key players and find ways to adapt and overcome. And this is important - without making excuses for it.

Alabama, according to their own fans, cannot adapt and overcome when they have key injuries. They simply fold and then rely on excuses to feel better.

Remember in the SEC Championship last season? Georgia lost our starting QB on the last play of the first half. No whining. We brought in the next QB who brought us back from behind. Except for the last play when he had to leave because of an injury. So we brought the starter back in - with one arm - to make the handoff for the winning play.

Absorb key injuries and find a way to win. Georgia does this, Alabama goes into despair and falls into the excuse trap.

Part of what makes your entire program, and the program's fans, soft as sh*t.

Until you admit this, you're going to be a whiney substandard excuse for a football fanbase for the foreseeable future.

Think about it, and do better. This is the SEC. Quitcher' whining. It's unseemly.

I'm not whining about anything. You won, congrats. If it was up to me, we'd have a BCS style national championship with just Indiana and Georgia. But it's not up to me. Instead, Alabama is still in the playoffs, still playing for a NC, so I'm looking at things from a standpoint of what Alabama needs to do and what it cane do.

Alabama brought in 2nd string QB in a National championship game who lead a comeback. You aren't saying anything new, everyone knows this you have to overcome injuries. That doesn't mean you always do.

So quit using it as a convenient excuse when your team's @ss gets run by another team suffering from the same - or worse - level of injuries.

Accept defeat like a man and admit you got beat by the better team. No ifs, ands, buts or red @ss about injuries.

You do this, you will begin to start your journey to becoming a man, my son.
