That's a good average per catch.

Ensminger didn't throw any passes nor did he catch any, so your subject line is crap.

What troll?

You entered the meager receiving stats of his tight ends as if that meant something of value regarding his ability to call plays. His guys have 5 catches out of 7 or 8 total targets. He has never called plays for an offense with the kind of skill guys at his disposal so it will be interesting. Not expecting anything earth-shattering, otherwise he would have been an OC somewhere. Apologies if no troll was intended but I still think you'd be good at it.

What is your point. The tightends coach dosen't call plays. What a douche bag.

Yea, but our TEs have like 1/3 of our TD receptions

2?

Half, I'm sorry. Our TEs have half of our TD receptions this year. And yes, that's only 2.

know you want to point out that he's shitty and it will be more of the same, and believe me after a game or two there will be ample opportunities, but this is just premature.

This season is like a gift and I would caution you to unwrap it more slowly so as to maximize enjoyment l. We got to see LSU implode offensively with Brandon Harris. Then, savior Etling came in and wowed everyone with his ability to complete a pass to the check down. Yet somehow they weren't scoring points - one of the biggest mysteries in all of college football according to LSU fans.

Now, for the best gift, the season essentially starts over for LSU this weekend. We have seen an entire new development in the hype surrounding their "new" offense they developed since Sunday, and how their new savior Ed O is going to right the ship and do so well he will just be hired as their HC. It's a gift, you see. We have never been blessed with this many LSU meltdowns in a single season, and the best are yet to come.

Of course, none will likely top 21-0, but taken together, all of these little melts, are quite a delicious meal. But remember, your parents taught you not to eat too fast - you get a stomach ache.

Now this is a melt.

In 2008 Auburn was 1-5 in the 6 games that Ensminger was interim OC.

He can't control where the qb passes the ball. Or I should say incomplete passes the ball.

In 2008, Arkansas was 5-7 and 2-6 in the SEC.

Things can change. Still a chance you may have this record though.

As much as I want to join in mocking LSU, this isn't really fair. He had nothing to do with the play-calling If Les and Cam weren't utilizing the TEs, their job was to block. How well they did that is a better measuring stick of his coaching.

Obviously, the real question is whether he can call plays. That's something to be determined in the future -- regardless of how good or bad a TE coach he was, there's no way to analyze his play-calling ability from that information.

TEs have almost exclusively been blockers the past few years. Our starting TE last year was a 300 LB extra tackle.
