You're right, there are times when cheesy is fun enough to override lameness, but this isnt one of those times. What the frick have you done that is so much better lately? We can go to the bars and see live music anytime. It's not everyday that you have a rave in the library.

The cops were there but they were just making sure it wouldnt get out of hand from what I heard. Hell they couldnt stop 2000 students.

1st Amendment rights- freedom of Assembly.
The only thing that they could do to prevent this was to close the library..............during finals week.
And i was there as well....had a ball.....reminded me too much of the Raves of old that i went to. I'm thinking that this would have been better done in the Union(if it was open). Much larger open area....but the whole rave in the Library thing is probably what made it so fun.

Yes it was. And it was fun and a great way to relieve some stress during finals week. No one was hurt. No alcohol related incidents afterwards. No arrests....
If we would have gone the "lets go to the bars" route of stress relief, no studying would have gotten done, DUI's, etc.
And another great thing about our Flash rave......we didn't do it to fricking impress you. Sans the OP, we could give two shits about your opinion on the matter.
