You would rather your father be dead than alive, just because Alabama happens to have a really good football team? Damn. That's near-Auburn levels of obsession and hatred. You have impressed me today, anonymous Rant poster Lacour.

I live in a divided house and told my wife when he was hired that would be huge for bama. A National title or two, a few SEC titles is what I thought.

I did not see him breaking the rest of the SEC the way he has over the last several years. The level he has recruited without a serious infraction issue causing the school damage is without precedent. He is a great coach, a great organizer of leadership, but at the end of the day he always has the most talent on the field.

To quantify my breaking the SEC comment. He gobbles up all the talent. Bama has always recruited well, but I would assume in any given class he has an extra 6-8 players IMO that means LSU, Auburn, uga, etc...all get 1-3 high level players less each class. The only equalizer is a GOAT QB who can run.

Go refill your oxygen tank and ask the nurse if she'll pit matlock on the t.v. during bingo today, and quit being such a troll all the time.

This sums it up pretty well. Good points.

I more vividly remember the "I will not be the next head coach of Alabama" press conference. Good one, Nick.

nice. If you have a drawer of hard candies that's always stocked with Werthers Originals then you're probably a pretty solid paw paw

Absolutely thought it was gonna be great for Alabama and bad for LSU and everyone else in the SEC.

What a awesome effort by you to contribute to the trailer park mentality that is Alabama....

Yeah...I'm sure Texas is sooo much better. Anyone who is from the South or who lives in the Deep South has no room to talk about a "trailer park mentality" in any state.

Serious question: who do y'all go after and how many before another NC? I'd assume the keys are handed over to an established coach and not a hot "up and comer" right?

I would hope we go after Dabo. He took Clemson, of all teams, to a national title and has had that programs firing off good for years.
