Here is the uninformed outsider's view of what probably happened:
Marine is full of himself and complete a-hole who uses his service as a free pass to be an a-hole.
JJ hits on his ex and a-hole marineboy goes apeshit.
Fight ensues outside where SEC strength and conditioning program is shown to be superior to US Armed Forces strength and conditioning program. (Obama should hire Moffit)
Everybody that knows anything shuts the hell up and there is not enough evidence to convict. (Note to OP...he was not "exonerated"...big difference. But alot of cops and DA's are assholes too, so I'm ok with that)
Jefferson is reinstated and runs the damn speed option to perfection on November 5 and I go home drunk and pissed off.
See you all in NOLA in 8 days :)

Dismissal = lack of appropriate evidence to continue prosecution
Exoneration = proven to be innocent
I haven't seen any video evidence. As I've said numerous times now, I'm an outsider as far as this situation goes. But as far as the evidence available to the public in this case, JJ has not been "exonerated". The charges have simply been dropped for lack of credible evidence. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a JJ hater or a LSU hater. (Hell, read my earlier posts) I'm just saying in accordance to the information that is available to the average Joe like me, he has not been exonerated and likely won't be.
