Oh so you are one of the people who can't look at facts and make up your own mind. You have to listen to other people because you can't make logical choices. Got it.

So everything in the NOA is shaky at best and everything in the response is so close to Gospel that Freeze is about to get his own chapter in the New Testament after Matthew.

Yea. Ohhh kaay.

See you have a reason to not look at this logically. You want Freeze to be wrong. So you can't fathom he isn't.

Why would they lie? Really? Maybe because they've lied all along.

Or they opened it back up based on draft night and couldn't find anything and panicked. These investigators are working for their livelihood and don't want to lose.

What looks worse?

Having nothing on Tunsil and going back empty handed

or

Taking the work of a recruit that is shaky at best, putting it in the NOA and getting public opinion on your side.

We will find out in 3 months.

Well the difference in previous responses by the OM is it was damage control.

It is too late for that. If these people don't have the information they are saying then they will all be fired. Why would they lie with their jobs and families livelihoods are on the line?

I guess we will find out in 3 months.

So just to be clear, when the investigators livelihood is on the line, they lie to get the public on their side even though it could later be proven false, but when OM people's livelihoods are on the line, they are 100% honest because it could later be proven false?

So it's the opposing fans who can't see the truth? The people that are looking at 21 allegations with what, 15 being level one? We can't think logically believing Freeze was complicit with what was going on? Just how long did Barney and Freeze have a working relationship?

But Ole Miss fans are the only adults in the room believing Freeze was totally ignorant of everything? Are you reading what you have typed?

So in 3 months we will see who has the facts.

The rival school player with a shaky story

or

The people tearing that story to shreds with supposed proof that the story isn't plausible and his story is ever changing.

Which side would you want to be on.

Yes I can. If OM hadn't of produced a pretty damn good response, I would want Freeze gone for the betterment of the program. I have looked at this logically from the start. I have taken views from both sides and made a logical decision.

But most on here want what they want and wont even consider the alternative.

Same reason the NCAA is checking Hugh's. To make sure they're not bunched up.

Deep shite = 1 year bowl ban and 20 over 4.

What are you trying to argue.

It is the whole amendment to the NOA. The hole 2 year bowl ban and the addition to the self imposed penalties. If his testimony is thrown out, we get what we have already self imposed.

How do you come up with that? Per the new penalty matrix, there are enough infractions in the original NOA to easily double the self-imposed penalties. In fact, even if the NCAA agreed with every infraction reduction Ole Miss has asked for, there are still enough infractions left to to double the self-imposed penalties.

New NCAA penalty matrix

Up to 2-4 year bowl ban, 25-50% scholarship reduction, and 6-10 years of probation for EACH Level 1.

Your entire response is jacked up and gave me the best laughter I've had in a while.

Ole Miss including a GIF in an official document is the most Ole Miss thing ever.

Much like ole miss fans will go down with the ship alongside Freeze.

In your complete and thorough search for logic and truth, I recommend you review the number and severity of allegations against USC, see that they provided "a pretty good response" and review the aftermath of smoldering tinders in so cal. And that was before the new penalty structure.

All I know is your ole miss, therefore you recruiting like you have the past five years = cheating. I have no proof and even I know your cheating. Your ole miss...

Nah. OM will likely get a fewer penalties than many posters here want, but to think OM accusing Leo Lewis of lying will result in just the self-imposed penalties is short-sighted. Especially if the NCAA wants to hit OM harder. They may not--there are a lot of people on the boards and twitter attempting to read the minds of the COI ("they are madder because of OM's responses" or "they want to hit OM hard because of Miami, etc"). It's easy to read that over and over and believe it.

So Ole Miss admits to using a coach to put 39 in touch with a booster but wants to argue about the specifics of money?
