Tell that to Barney and his legal counsel. No wonder he's pissed off and ready to sue

If OM thought they could hang this whole deal on Barney and walk away, I have some beachfront property in Odessa TX to sell them.

Freeze has been visiting every church, synagogue, temple, mosque in the state of Mississippi for the past two years for the "I'm a nice guy and I would never do anything dishonest" plea.

They could of gotten away with it if they would have paid Farrar off with some big bucks.

No, but y'all can't prove hard facts. Y'all have lied from day 1, I expected nothing to change.

The time stamped work emails from the accused booster proving he was at his office working rather than where the recruit said he was is pretty hard evidence.

You're concerned with the Leo part when your university is fighting LOIC by saying, well we can't control an assistant coach

This is uninformed bull shite. The argument against the LOIC is that Freeze and the university went above and beyond to comply with NCAA regulations. If you educated and tell boosters about the rules over and over again, and they decide to break them, what more could Freeze do? Yes the University should get punished but you can't punish Freeze who did all he could just because of the number of violations, while he complied above and beyond with every compliance and preventive measure the NCAA had.

Disassociate and report them to the NCAA

The conspiracy theory is on your side. We actually have it down on paper in a document. Your side is made up of message board hero's and innuendo.

Sounds like he got more money to change his story the second time around.

Umm. No. Count the level 1's again and even subtract that particular one if you like.

And didn't ole miss confirm payment was made by not disputing it happened? If Leo claims the payment was given to him on the face of Everest, but Ole Miss doesn't dispute payment was made, what's the debate? Payment is payment.

Or he had to account for how he got 10K and decided to throw it on OM instead of where it really came from.

No.

From the NOA

quote:

Setting aside the issue of motive, Allegations 16-(b) and 16-(c) present an important question for the Committee to answer: does an allegation of cash payments need corroboration beyond a general and inconsistent account of wrongdoing from a biased witness for the Committee to find a violation? While the University is troubled by the contacts between [Student-Athlete 39], [Booster 12], and [Booster 14] and by Farrar’s role in their involvement, the University suggests that evidence of such contacts cannot, by itself, corroborate [Student- Athlete 39’s] claims of cash payments. To find that [Booster 14] and [Booster 12] made cash payments to [Student-Athlete 39] requires some reliable corroboration of those payments, particularly where [Student- Athlete 39’s] accounts are void of detail, inconsistent, and untouched by any probing party

They HAVE to pin it on him. If they dont have a fall guy then it goes back to Reverend Freeze. It is such a risky tactic, if Barney gets pissed he can start singing. What if he had notes, or God forbid a tape, of Freeze. Then there are the disassociated boosters.

You think the NCAA needs corroboration of an allegation for them to use it against you. That is so cute!

It is definitely the most risky. No doubt. But if you have to risk it to kill the LOIC and the allegations of Freeze not doing everything he could to boaster an environment of compliance and prevention based on NCAA guidelines, which is the case they are making.

Administration
Multiple Players
Multiple Allegations

Good luck with that
