Too much baggage and I would not want an OC who was a failed HC. Kiffin will always be aspiring for another HC job. As such, I don't think he would ever be fully committed as the OC at Alabama. In short, Alabama can do better.

Bama has one for now. If you were Saban would you be happy with the direction the offense is going? Kiffin may be a terrible HC but he supposedly does have a good offensive mind.

I don't like him and think he's a dick. But if he comes to Alabama, all is forgiven, he's a great upcoming offensive mind, and those other teams he left or screwed over are just being haters.
