Do you have some definitive evidence Jackson robbed anyone? Because unless you do, this guy is legally innocent of what you're insinuating.
I never understood the preoccupation with punishing based on allegations. If you're innocent of the crime, you're innocent, plain and simple. I mean, come on! You're punishing someone because it was once thought at one point during an investigation that determined there was no reason to believe he committed a crime that he *might* have committed a crime. Please tell me you see the absurdity of this...
Kiffin made the right call with Janzen Jackson until new evidence comes out showing that Jackson did the crime.
