Well, I don't like what LSU has done to the climate of college football.

It's the TV schedule driving teams of the south to play September games in the middle of the afternoon. When I was a youngster Texas ALWAYS played home games at night, Always. The exceptions were playing NY/NJ opening games for instance. The team was bushy tail frisky going up there in early September and playing in upper 80s weather.

Climate change argument aside, college football shouldn't be played at 11am in 100 degree heat index temps to appease tv networks.

Yeah it should be changed due to the annual climate change between summer and fall.

Do these folks honestly think early September games at noon in Los Angeles used to be 68°

But they are right. It should change, not because of "climate change" but because we already play until nearly February, there's no correlation with a school schedule, and none of the players are going to classes anyway.

We could also be smarter. Let the Yankee teams start earlier. If the Southern boys sign up for a dome near you, like the Barners and Baylor, slot them in earlier. The B1G at night shouldn't kick in til October. The SEC/ACC should hold that title for September.

Of course it is an ugly, fat girl, who has prob never watched a game in her life. Except that time her show ended and CFB came on but she was sitting on the remote and it was not worth the effort to call 3 people to help get her up to change the channel.
