I can only speak for myself. But we have had a pretty good run, even when we have been getting beaten consistently by GA.
I hate that, because I always want the DSOR to be the best game of the season.
So, while disappointed, I am not displeased with how we did during that time. I am, however, much more concerned about the future.
I think Kirby is a really good coach. And I do not mind at all. IF anything, I think this will push AU to seek out better coaches. Competition is a good thing. I know others say GA locking down GA talent will kill us, but I honestly think that GA is blessed with so much high school talent that there is plenty to go around --- we just need a coach who can evaluate and develop that talent.
But hey, that is just me.
