The gas station where the incident took place is the busiest one on campus and has a ridiculous amount of security cameras........they saw all angles of what occurred and came to the conclusion that Jackson was not involved in any criminal activity. End of story. Lets move on now

Just thought he wasn't prosecuted. Doesn't necessarily mean he's innocent.

We are innocent until proven guilty.

Yeah, I think he was more involved than what is being said, but if the DA is not pursuing it, then...oh well.

It's up to Little kiffy to punish him for his role in it, if any.

I think Little kiffy is sweeping JJ's involvement under the rug imo. But it's only my opinion.

I dont completely agree with how CLK handled this but I trust his judgment to let Jackson play. He was accused of doing nothing wrong and had already served his punishment for failing the drug test. Now that being said I would have not played him because in my opinion you have to send a message. If you hang out with shite you will smell like shite and that is what Jackson smells like right now. Hopefully this young man will get his act together or become another Perilloux.

I know all I need to know. Your coach is not even smart enough to keep JJ out for the final game of the year. He could perhaps let him play in the bowl game a month from now without causing much of a stir. Your coach recruited an admited rapist on the team. Your coach is not mature enough to run a major college program. Your University has sold it's soul for the sake of football victories. Sad, very sad.

What based on your own personal opinon?

I find it humorous that any LSU fan this week is criticizing another coach and his decision making process.

The difference is that there are more Tennessee fans defending Kiffin's actions than there are LSU fans defending those of Miles.
