I never said the flag shouldnt be changed, the Stennis flag is kind of growing on me.

Let me clarify that I don't care if it is changed or not. My point is that this same thing happened in 2016 with the confederate flag. We removed them all, and the same problems for poor people of all races still exist. Don't let little victories of appearance keep you from doing things that actually matter.

Symbols have different meanings to different people.
It's an ugly flag. It probably needs changing anyway. But don't stoop to calling people racist if you don't know their intentions or feelings about race based on something that has nothing to do with race.
