No, you're wrong. Kentucky is their own worst enemy in basketball by taking all of the 1 and done players. It's hard to gel as a team when everyone is just playing for themselves to get drafted the next year. Then after they leave, you replace them with more 1 year freshmen...it's hard to build a team when you're constantly plugging in new players every year. All the while, other teams are playing together for a couple years and have Jr's and seniors oj their teams, and you can tell.

Last night is yet another example of why the football program is a national punchline.

No Kentucky is not relevant enough for national attention for more than a blurb the next day.

You need to decide what kind of fan you are
1. Best team gets the trophy (stay in SEC)
2. Everyone gets one and you dont keep score (leave cause its hard)

Maybe get the SEC/ACC to trade Vandy and Kentucky for Clemson and FSU/ Miami?

ETA: Would make a lot more sense for FSU to come. Then Auburn could flee the west and let FSU take their spot and the East would have Clemson and Auburn.

In terms of their standing in the SEC, this system hasn't affected them 1 bit. You say its obvious, but somehow they win the SEC every year. Therefore, they are the best that SEC basketball has to offer every year. We've been in the Elite Eight 6 of that last 8 years. You're welcome SEC. Could we win more titles with fewer one and dones? Perhaps. Perhaps not. It's dang tough to win a tournament of 64. Nothing like football at all when the best team almost always wins.

It sure has sucked watching us take those one and dones and win so much. No fun at all having the best athletes in basketball leading our fast breaks. When you say other teams are playing together for a couple years and have jr's and seniors on their teams, and you can tell...you're not talking about Duke, North Carolina, or Kansas, right? Because they don't either.
