Another nail in the coffin of what was college athletics. NIL, tax exempt status, sitting out games, transfer portal … quickly loosing interest in “amateur” sports.

Once you become a LLC you are a tax paying entity. Buildings, training fields, etc will be subject to property taxes and if the LLC makes a profit then there will be income taxes also.

People are fooling themselves if they think college athletics are still amateur status.

Kids are staying in school because they make more money than they would playing in Europe
