Sorry, just updated my previous post. From what I'm gathering from the "insiders" and A. Bone is that we will only be taking 27, not 28. Cause we just don't have room. But if Belue or someone else doesn't make grades, we may have 28 with a sign and place.

Remember we still have greyshirts coming in, it's getting tight.

Gotcha. Apparently the two recruits from this year's class that need work are Blake Sims and Belue.

And yeah from everything I've heard Menzie means we've missed on somebody, whether its Belue, Allen, or maybe we don't get Coleman or Stone. Maybe it won't turn out that way but thats always been the argument I've heard.

Anybody hear anything about Keiwone Malone having academic problems? Can't remember where I heard that but I know I did. Maybe totally false.

That would be the first I would have heard about it. Where did you see this?

Yeah, I've heard that rumor. Either on Tidesports or Tidefans, can't remember. Can't confirm any truth to it either.

I think we have plenty of room on the roster with all the seniors that left and Jackson and McClain. Problem is meeting the 25 limit in the fall. With greyshirts coming in an all.

Tidesports, that bamarabbi guy who's supposedly some kind of insider (maybe self proclaimed, I don't read tidesports much) said something about it, I think.

The Menzie commit isn't necessarily a bad thing. He's a DB. Keenan wants to play WR. Chill.

I heard Ingram is transferring to Michigan to be closer to his family.

Haha, couldn't resist. 2 days before NSD, I'm about to gag on all those who just randomly read things from Joe Fatass sitting at his computer and post it as a legitimate thread. Be glad when Wednesday is here.

Yeah, and I heard pigs fly, there's ocean front property in Arizona, and Ben Tate was the best Running Back in the State in 2009.

Does anyone actually think Saban would take Menzie if he wasn't any good.

I sure don't especially if he only has two years, and is not a early enrollee. Kid must have some skills, the question will be how fast he can learn the defense.
