KU could very well win the Big 12. Everyone knows the Big 12 is inferior to the Big 10. So Illinois being a bottom tier Big 10 team and beating the Big 12 champs isn’t an absurd concept.
UNLV may be the best Mountain West team this year. Since the Big 12 is on par with the Mountain West, it is not absurd a potential Mountain West champ could beat the potential Big 12 champ.
