OK already dod respond but technically they are supporting OSU not OU.

Well yeah its more immediate for OSU but in the grand scheme they are supporting OU and all of college athletics as well.

Unfortunately, this is bigger than just the Big 12. If this is allowed, the whole system comes crashing down. What next? People signing CFL vets? Maybe practice squad players?

I hope the Big 12 kicks their asses out if they play him.

Would TT have any recourse on collusion if they get kicked out of the Big 12 and then no one wants to schedule them?

One would think their fanbase would be livid about keeping a known gambler on the team. They crossed the rubicon with this situation and are tone deaf how big a deal it is.

B12 likely can’t do anything until they actually play him except threaten them. Once season starts and they play him in conf thats when shite gets real.

And since the election is in Nov, Tx AG will run away from this as that gets closer. He likely paid back a favor (big election donors) for now but once we get into Sep/Oct he will not want any negative distractions and will likely not do anything. His campaign team prolly thought this would blow over but that only happens if TTU takes him off the roster.
