See the company's first amendment rights supersede his, on their private property.

So if a woman converts to Islam and starts wearing a hajib she can be fired?

Yes, we call it the First Amendment.

Applies to ongress (and states through 14th amendment incorporation doctrine). Does not apply to an individual company.

I sometimes think that the vast majority of people who cite the first amendment in an argument have never even read it.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

Just stop dude. The fact that you're completely ignorant on this makes me shake my head. The fact that you're doing it with that picture in your signature pisses me off.

There are a whole host of federal court decisions dealing with just declaring something is your religion. Doesn't work that way. Its like talking to a 13 year old. "Dude Im gonna go to school and just tell them that my religion is Metallica and I have to wear Metallica t-shirts"

Until someone sues and hoes before the SCOTUS.

Politically correct little asswipes want to pick and choose what they can ban. Right now it is the flag.

Said asswipes will find out doesn't work like they think it does. Once your stupid asses start banning it doesn't stop with one flag.

Bunch of damned idiots.

Darn right they can. Republicans got their 'Fire at will' laws in the books and this is some of the BS that happens. He is a white male he can't be discriminated against. No joke in the work place a white male has no protection under law.
