I was curious so I contacted my NCAA Fidus Achates who works closely with Vince Nicastro who is a part of the DI Committee on Infractions.
He didn't mention school names, but he alluded to "something cooking on a team in the southwest."
I tried to press him to see if he could narrow it down to the state of Texas, but he wouldn't budge. His tone was off when I mentioned something about Texas A&M though.
