I'll be content with Napier for now as long as the following happens (in chronological order):
1. Beat Arkansas to get to bowl eligibility.
2. Keep the recruiting class together.
3. Hire an OC (this is by far most important).

As a LSU fan I like the direction we are headed. Still have to add some players on defense and not sold on most of the defensive coaching staff but I trust Kelly. Its not accident he has had a winning record 31 out of 32 seasons as a HC.

I'm honest. We have a competent DC, an OC who is unqualified, and an aging head coach who can't seem to hire elite assistants anymore. Our player development looks stagnant if it's not regressing. Milroe doesn't appear to have been adequately prepared in the two previous years he has been at Bama. Our head coach is stubborn and in my opinion tries to shoehorn things like having Kool-aid return punts when we have sure-handed guys on our roster who are much more explosive like Isiah Bond, Emanuel Henderson and Kobe Prentice.
Most of our fan base is still in denial about the role of great assistants and how our current staff just isn't that good. I feel we are beating teams b/c of our talent and we are no longer out-coaching anyone. We look like an LSU team under Les Miles. We aren't that disciplined anymore either.

We suck.
Our O line is pathetic...and we have 2 O line coaches.
Our D line also sucks.
Our LB's also suck and are undersized.
Our 2 starting corners, don't suck. No, they're worse than that. They are pathetic.
And our special teams make at least one critical mistake every game.
That's all I have got now. I am depressed

Sure. We could beat anyone ranked ahead of us. But, we could lose to anyone ranked behind us. Crazy year...but fun.
