Looks like Saban had more gray hair back then.

Do Browns fans melt about used-to-have both of those dudes twice as much as LSU fans melt about Saban? I hope so.

This plus the original Browns left town and went on to win two Super Bowls

The Browns gave up 12.8 ppg in that 1994 season. Tops in the NFL.

That wildcard playoff win was the last time Saban and Belichick would coach together and it was the last time Cleveland would win a playoff game. Saban took a HC job shortly after the win, and the next season, Art Modell moved the franchise and unceremoniously fired Belichick, the greatest coach in NFL history.

Modell might have managed one Super Bowl win in Baltimore before the NFL forced him to sell for being a shitty owner, but he fricked the city of Cleveland out of having the GOAT NFL dynasty.

Biggest thing I take from that is the Browns had both of this coaches on staff and still couldn’t win shite.

Also one has to live in sister-humping Tuscaloosa. The other one gets to live...well, anywhere else is infinitely better.
