You're right about the the sarcasm. Dude is a douche, defend the legal system all you want as I don't know anyone who is well thought of that has declared bankruptcy.

What are your thoughts on deficit spending and bailouts?

Try post check it's your friend in regards to my spelling, which is very offensive as I was spelling bee champ in 5th grade..look out! Just saying that because declaring bankruptcy might be less of an issue in 2012 doesn't make it any less responsible overall.

Coming from someone who has worked in the legal field, I can tell you I never saw a single bankruptcy client who was filing because they were a "douche". You are an ignorant fool.

There were those clients who just weren't smart with their money, and got themselves in a hole. The really sad cases were the people who were smart, and had always managed their money well, but had suddenly lost their job or their business. I saw several clients who had done well for themselves, until a severe injury put them out of work, and their medical bills drove them into the ground. I guess those people I saw were just douches.

You know nothing about me, rookie. For the record, I know all of this because I worked for a bankruptcy attorney in college.

quote:

He filed for bankruptcy meaning he is asking legal permission to not pay back his lenders.

With bankruptcy, (especially involving real estate) banks are usually involved and they repossess the property and retain the collateral which is then resold and used for borrowing $9 from the Fed on every dollar reclaimed, which is then re-loaned. Who loses? Hint: It's not the banks and not you.

Answer: John L loses what's been invested by him (in his case).

Who loses in a government bailouts/deficit spending?
Everyone except the people getting the money. You know how it's recovered? Inflation...a slick way of taxing.

Wow, you're a moron. Try this link. LINK

quote:

Schmuck or shmuck in American English is a pejorative meaning an obnoxious, contemptible or detestable person, or one who is stupid or foolish. The word entered English from Yiddish, where it has similar pejorative meanings, but its original meaning in Yiddish is penis.

Do you understand now, Sherlock?

You must be in special education. Smuck is a Jewish word not English dipshit. I thought that was covered in the previous post.

And what does it mean, you will not find it in a English dictionary tard

This is just sad. I can't believe you still don't get it. Smuck is not a word at all. I know your little urban dictionary recognizes it, but the real dictionary does not. Schmuck is a recognized word used here in America to describe an obnoxious person. The literal Yiddish translation is penis.

Let me explain it to you in the most simple way I know how. It's the Jewish way of calling someone a dick or a prick.

Stupid arse, look I know you are really trying to be smart but come on really. I just got off the phone with a Jewish friend from college and he says that when using the word schmuck in writing it is meant not to be offensive. When using the word Smuck in writing it is meant to be offensive.

Pick the wrong woman, she cleans you out, and you lose your business...happens all the time. Even to people who are "well thought of".

That may be the worst attempt at bullshitting I've ever seen. Do you really expect anyone to believe that story?
