you're a combative monkeydick who has conveniently pulled off of your assertions. I love a fricking personal trainer who "helped" an undrafted free-agent.
podnuh, you're not even a flee on the big picture's arse.
So because you're fb friends with a HOF'er, that somehow means you have more exercise physiology knowledge than me, who possesses both a Bachelors and Masters in Exercise Phys and Sports Sciences, and who has worked in a NCAA Division I weightroom?
Oh okay. All because you walked-on 30 years ago. Fantastic.
btw I hope you misspelled flea because you were trying to sound extra corndoggish

I just accidentally responded to a text in this thread. LOL
But I will add that people here who don't understand physiology are no different than the people in the gym who don't understand physiology and think they do.

I liked Mt Cody better, but he did get good reviews from knowledgeable commentators on how he dominated the interior.
I read where his agent advised him not to try and break any records. I don't know if he could, even on his best day.
He seems to be a good kid and worthy of high praise. I'd like to have him back.
I can imagine a nose tackle blowing up every play, ripping the ball loose and running for a touchdown 2 or 3 times a game. Causing the opposing center to soil himself before faking injury.

So the guy with YOLO tattooed on his face....had a chance to break an NFL record at the combine but stopped short to not risk an injury?

Sounds like an excuse if anything.

I don't know the details or if it's even true, but if he has a nagging injury that needs to heal, its not terribly far fetched. If scouts saw him and knew he could do more, I don't know why it would make that much difference.

Charles was a fat OL who sat the bench in LSU's Curly Hallman glory days, which apparently gives him more internet credibility than anybody this site has ever seen

Yes. What's wrong with that?

Late to this party. Did Jesse lift the 225 record into oblivion? Everyone knows this man can bench press Godzilla off the streets of NY.

Envy or Jelly?
LBS is the correct answer.

No. Apparently he only did 30 and stopped. Hence the controversy.

I go to the gym, and don't know shite. Well except for I am really good at knowing my way around the physiology of a woman's curves, etc.

In order to have LBS, you have to be jealous.
I assure you I am, in no way, jealous of Jessie Williams. The dude has "YOLO" tattoo on his face.

You know who I am talking about... The trainers or experts who end up telling you that you are doing everything wrong, but you know you are right because you've had someone who actually knows what they are doing tell you the right way. And he's stuck in some routine from 1987 that involves a diet with 5 raw eggs for breakfast.

I know I was just messin with you. I don't get to do it often and must take advantage of the opportunities.

Is this not supposed to be good? If it's good enough for Rocky, it's good enough for me.

I will pay you $5 if the next time you go to the gym, you walk up to a girl and say... "I am studying your physiology. Would you mind squatting?" and video the whole thing so I can see what happens.

Posted on 2/25/13 at 3:48 pm to Bellabama

I may take you up on that just for the value of catching her reaction on video.

Just make sure you tell Nbamaalum first so he can bail you out of jail.
