Secondary had a lot of lapses in coverage... quite concerning, but they did make quite a few big plays. I'm hoping the secondary improves each week under Sunseri.

I was impressed by the defense. I knew Sunseri was agreat position coach, but he definitely looks like the real deal as a coordinator.

the number I liked the most from Bray's stat today = 0 interception

Tennessee's pass blocking was impressive. I know NC State doesn't exactly have the best defensive line out there but Bray had all day to throw for most of the night.

Tends to happen in the first year of a new scheme. Still, more pressure = more forced turnovers.

Didn't look like South Carolina's defense has changed much from last year, scheme-wise anyway.
The only real big play allowed was because of a whiffed tackle from #12. I wouldn't say it was a struggling performance.

Yep and one other bad play where their QB lofted it in the air with the most wobbly pass you'll ever see but our secondary wasn't there and it was a 20+ yard gain (lead to a Vandy FG)
So 2 big plays given up, didn't play as bad as people seem to believe.
