Now Pruitt is also playing with fire. Better win the lawsuit because he will never be hired again, at least in college.

Bring it on. If he chooses to pursue a lawsuit, he will never coach in college again.

Pruitt chose to ignore the findings, ignore the advice of the AD and played multiple players he was told to hold out due to the investigation. He was fired for violating the terms of his contract.

I believe he is with the NY Giants as a defensive analyst

So Dereck Dooley was able to find an on field staff position and Pruitt is doing basically what Joe Brady did with the Saints as a 25 year old. Ouch

You're making an argument Pruitt won't move up in the NFL?

Just settle out of court, close the books and move the frick on UT

Exactly right. UT needs to move on from that shitshow. Paying more money will be worth avoiding all of the potential extra negative press.

You ought to ask him if he voted for Biden

I would pay to see his reaction

That could also be interpreted as not violating the privacy rights of any student athletes that could be harmed if something is revealed.

When has that ever stopped anyone in this business? Albert Means and Eric Locke became household names didn't they?

I’m saying exactly what I said. Dooley had a staff position in the NFL immediately after being fired. Pruitt did not

This is why Ed O got his buyout. Tennessee is too poor to pay, but it’s funny that Fulmer still got his AD money.

All communications from staff, coaches, compliance department, and athletic department will be subject under discovery. If the lawyer is decent he will use a talk to text app, run a program that crawls the 1000s of calls made and be able to isolate words they want to in turn isolate and listen to the phone calls/emails/faxes in question. Basic data sscience. UT be dumb
