I would like to see the link where it states he was arrested for forcing the girl. I have seen speculation but nothing more. Hell in NC it is against the law for my wife to give me oral sex as it is in most states.

I have heard that the parents of each person has meet and they dropped the charges. Now, the state may follow thru, but the girl and her parents want it over with.. This case is done, if you ask me. High School sex pretty simple.
