And that’s the point, dumbass!! It’s a shite situation that you sorry assed pieces of human excrement are trying to deflect. It’s not about criminality(yet), it’s about the hoops you sorry fricks have jumped through to justify the shitty response by Alabama’s entire administration. Bilas says Alabama has handled this exactly right, and we agree with him. Sorry, but you're wrong. We're not justifying anything, smooth brain. We're saying UA is doing what they should do in the midst of a terrible situation, and that's leave the investigations and guilt to the investigators. UA isn't going to convict Miller when the DA and police do not. That would be stupid.

Your slant is disingenuous. They didn't say, "we're choosing not to charge them". There's a difference between "choosing" not to charge someone and there's nothing to charge someone with, which is the case for Miller.
