This is the type of BS that is absolutely ridiculous coming from Ole Miss fans. In his FIRST YEAR as our coach Kelly won the SECW, something Ole Miss never did. In his second year, he had a Heisman trophy winning QB, something Ole Miss has never done, but pissed it away by making terrible defensive hires. He is coming off of back to back 10 win seasons, something Ole Miss has done twice in the history of its program. And please save me the BS of “Oh well Lane played in a NY6 bowl.” Guess what, that ain’t the playoff so we’re essentially in the same boat there.

Has Kelly met the standard for what we expect? No, not yet. But if what BK has done at LSU is mediocre to you in comparison to Ole Miss then you are delusional considering Lane finished the season 8-5 after starting 7-0 two years ago.
