There is no bigger tournament choke artist than Calipari

Then make your argument. BluegrassBelle is doing that. If you can't, then nobody cares about your opinion.

Jay Wright has had multiple first and second round outs and multiple NIT appearances at Villanova. He even had early outs between his two NCs. And they’ve looked bad this year too.
Just sit down.
Who has more titles, Calipari or Wright?

And?
We’ve already discussed the whole body of work issue in a tournament format here.
Like most here have said, Calipari isn’t overrated. He’s rated about where he should be. Only some football-only mouthbreather would even start this thread after a December loss.

I’ve started multiple threads on this over the past 3 years. Get ready for the Kentucky cockroaches.

Starts thread about a Kentucky coach. Complains about Kentucky fans responding to it.
Y’all are too damn predictable.

Yes and Wright’s tournament body of work is more impressive. And done within a considerably shorter amount of time.
Serious question, are you retardrd?

God, I hate having to defend Cal as a basketball coach, but
He’s been successful at every stop in his career;
He’s been to multiple final fours at different schools
Routinely wins the SEC and gets his team to at least the Elite 8.
National Championship.
His recruiting style means he has constant turnover, forcing him to coach true freshman for their one year. His teams always get better as the season progresses.
Finally, he’s honest about his approach to the game in gettting his players as fast as possible to the Green Room. K still acts like he is the “leader of Men” at the higher institute of learning at Duke University, when most of his players go to Central U during their six months on campus.

Fair enough, especially the part where you make fun of Ratface. I think most people agree on the facts (I'm not entirely on board with the "always" part of getting better over the course of the season.) The debate here is one of comparative quality. Nobody questions his success. What's being discussed is whether his success is as high is it should/could be given the talent he's had. In other words, at least how I'd put it, if you knew everything about Cal, including his classes and his places of employment, except the results, would you guess he'd have better results, similar results, or worse results than he's actually had?
Edit: Just to be clear, you'd have every other bit of context as well, so you'd know how well Duke, Kansas, and UNC have done, how good or bad the SEC has been, etc.

Bottom line: it’s not easy getting to the Elite 8; Final 4; and National Championship in a one and done tournament format.
Take Vandy as an example. They have an excellent basketball tradition and historic gym. Yet, they’ve only been to 3 or 4 Sweet Sixteens. Never higher. They’ve had great coaches over the past 30 years (Newton, Fogler, Stallings, Bryce) yet they’ve never broken through. I believe they were even a number one seed during one of the Fogler years and didn’t make it past the 2nd round.
Take Vandy’s history and compare it to Cal’s. No comparison. So, lay off the simplister “overrated” chant on the Rant.

Well I’ve learned something new today, in Kentucky basketball / Calipari apoligists’ world, ultimate success is not measured by titles. How close you get to the title is given just as much weight. Calipari is a great coach. He almost wins championships every five or six years. It really doesn’t matter that other coaches have multiple titles, that’s immaterial. What’s important is how close Cal gets us, and his almost-titles. He’s elite.

I go by the two key rule. If the typo is more than two keys away, it's fair game to make fun of. Closer, I give them a pass because sometimes your fingers just don't hit exactly right and you submit too quickly to proof.

I used the rest of his post for context. Figured it was a semi-safe assumption.

Fair enough. Typo forgiveness values are deeply personal and I shouldn't be trying to impose mine on others.
