With the current NOA? It's done. Basically the NOA contains what they can pretty much prove.

Tomorrow should be interesting to keep up with. I would EXPECT Ole Miss will try to control the negative talk... spin it. That's not a anti ole miss statement. ANY team would do that.

Also keep in mind that ULL was handed a blow. The wording in that is "While we believe Saunders acted outside the knowledge of the staff, the university is still responsible for his actions"

This applies to Ole Miss too.

If Saunders did anything like that at Ole Miss, and he did, then Ole Miss will get something from his time there.

I personally don't see how an LOIC is not handed down from the NCAA. If they don't get it now, they will with the current issues.

I would have to believe the AD will be proactive. I think the NCAA asking any questions will result in Ole Miss willfully turning over any and all violations.

This happened with UNC.

What you should be concerned with, as a MSU fan, is waynesboro.

A) Not a MSU fan
B) It was Ole Miss, Saunders, and ULL involved there.

And there is no second letter.

-there was no investigation
-Jones was not interviewed for his recruitment by Ole Miss
- the investigation is about womens bb and Track
- there is no invesigation
- we will not be named in ULL response
- there is no investigation
- there is no NOA
- The NOA is only about WBB and Track
- The football team only has 5.... self reported
- AM I MISSING ANYTHING YET?

I just can't find it in me to get worried about this when bigger issues loom.

I mean...we could feasibly have enough retards in our country to elect Trump to president.

I really don't feel like moving to Canada.

Are you really going to tell me that you are not concerned about the MSU players that went through waynesboro? Do you not see the Hud connection?

So you think Hud (while at state) used this guy, while he was working for OM, to help State.

Yes, I'm really going to tell you I'm not concerned.

Saunders ran some kind of program (maybe sponsored by Cspire) designed to get MS kids eligible. that includes state croots

Unless I'm missing the part where state was dumb enough to hire him, I'm not worried.

He wasn't employed by a university while at the Cspire program. Totally independent and free to get those state recruits eligible

He helped get MSU players qualified by utilizing waynesboro for ACT scores. Period.

No, not period. This is purely your assertion. And even if it were fact, you still need to show that our program was connected with this guy and had knowledge of what he was doing.
