I thought we all just "envied" Bama and their fans. Thanks for setting me straight. I'm always amazed how Bama fans are so concerned about how others perceive them and their program. Personally, I don't hate you any more than Florida, Auburn, Notre Dame or USC. Maybe "the hate" has been softened by beating your arse 9 out of the last 12?

You know as well as I do that within the state of Alabama there is a tendency for Auburn people to emphasize the "Sidewalk" label when it comes to Alabama fans. I personally don't care what terms are used that upset you. As for calling me on it...i didn't initiate this.
You know as well as i do that within the state of alabama there is a tendency for alabama people to not attend that university.
They call us barners becuase well we're an ag school...so there is a nugget of truth to that so i think its a fairly fitting deragorty term and don't get bent out of shape when it's used.
We call your fans sidewalk fans becuase well they didn't attend the univeristy of alabama. Usually it only upsets those people of which it refers to.
