You're right of course but don't forget the other component of the throw. Jalen is standing a few feet on the other side of center of the field. Since we know the lengths of the two smaller sides of the triangle, we can compute the hypotenuse.
Always amazing how different it can be from the official yards [in this case 31 ... LOS to beginning of the endzone]. Regardless, it was a long throw. And he loaded up quick [but don't use the gif, as it's sped up] and has a quick release.
