Is UT worse this year than A&M was last year?

As embarrassing as it is to lose a home series to Kent State, I’m not sure we can say it was as embarrassing as what Aggy did in 2025…
From unanimous preseason #1 to completely missing the NCAA Tournament, after being sent home by LSU in the SEC Tournament
Not sure that’s ever been done before. But, that’s Aggy.
With that said, Tenner is in deep trouble. We all knew this was coming, after replacing a HC who willingly left them with a career-assistant just like Aggy did, but now we’re all seeing the inevitable results..
Tenner will be unranked tomorrow, tough to watch.

Last year, we had multiple pitchers out to Tommy John and three starting fielders out.
Definitely bitten by the injury bug.
On top of breaking in a new coaching staff that was thrown together.
So I'd like to say, worse than A&M....

Tenner had time to anticipate and rebuild.
A&M had to throw together a staff and watch multiple recruits leave at the last minute.
Then deal with unfortunate injuries the following year.

That is 50% accurate.
But very media worthy. The preseason ranking was total dog shite considering two starting pitchers were out and we had a new coaching staff.
