Yeah, I'm gonna need arkys o line to suck just as bad as bamas qb. If the opposite is true, fml.

" I bet Mustain will be busted,,, oh wait, he already has" and move on......

this thread was bunk from the get go...
is not:
I did a poll not long ago on who ranters thought were the most overhyped player, team, and coach ( link to thread). Tyler Wilson was voted most overhyped player.
He hasn't started and played enough games for anyone to call him overrated at this point.

Over hyped and overrated, you wanna predict the score of the NCG while your predicting how many INT's Tyler will throw???
Tyler ain't done shite, you happy now?

This.
I'm not sure if CPA was banned at this point last year, but if he was he would have flipped his shite, and would have bitched for 3 days if somebody started this thread about Newton before the season.

Maybe this is the OP's point that in the same sense he hasn't started or played in enough games to be given the high praise either.
btw I actually liked what I saw of him in the AU game regardless of how our secondary played.

But he did it in practice, right?

I'm still looking for the high praise he is getting.
Being named to a Award Watch list doesn't = Hyped.
He's been sitting back getting coaching from Petrino for 4 years now. He'll put up numbers, it's all a matter if he is efficient, which Wilson is known for.
I like his chances to succeed. He's a winner, always has been. Yeah, he's lost his only start in college, but that wasn't even close to being his fault.

Wrong thread, you're looking for the Jordan Jefferson thread.

Even if Wilson falls on his face and is a complete bust, he'll still be better than JJ, so I don't know what you're giggling about.

Never said JJ was better. But did you come to that opinion from his great performances at practice?

no, it came from the face that he's not Jordan Jefferson.

And this makes him a good qb how? What other criteria do you base this on?

quote:This is bold. He has 2 all american caliber WR's and 1 more that is All SEC caliber. All american talent at RB a very good QB coach and came in against AU at AU and didn't just do "good" he absolutely slaughtered in the time he got.
well you heard it hear first, Tyler Wilson will disappoint.

Sry didn't read Mort's reviews on Wilson, I was just trying 2 see how well J. Jefferson did during the camp and Wilson never came up as one of the top performers. But they said Jefferson did great 2, so not sure how to take all this camp info. Lol

No answer then? A flame on JJ which even LSU fans do. Good stuff. Yet another flagshipper on this site who contributes nothing. Noted.
