I backed up my thread topic with the facts his hype is based on a half game shootout against Auburn.

People that really know are not basing anything on Wilson's game against Auburn. Rather they are basing it on what they've seen in the many practices and spring games they have seen him play in and what Petrino says about him.

But hell, what does Petrino know about quarterbacks when compared to someone who calls himself AuburnCPA in a message board?

This time last year, we thought Cam Newton was overrated as well...

would take a club footed Garcia over Wilson. At least I know Garcia is a proven winner.

They will get theirs. For all his faults, Petrino can put up gaudy offensive numbers.

Don't worry, the o-line will be good and the most talented Petrino has has during his time at Arkansas.

didn't y'all lose 3 or 4 starters and your replacement OT just get busted with another DUI?

Every QB we played lit us up.

Not so fast my friend. A certain Jordan Jefferson made that secondary look like pro bowlers

I'm not sure if anyone paid attention to how well Tyler Wilson did at the recent Manning passing camp.... But the reports were not very impressive. I kno it's just one camp, but with all this hype I was expecting Andrew Luck kind of reviews. Hell Jefferson outperformed him.... Not a good sign. Lol

We lost 3 but no first round talent by any means...we do have guys on the inside that were freshman all-americans last year...The other guys manning the spots have significant time except for cook..

We lost 3 but we have 2 coming back that were freshman all americans and then theres brey cook...OL is probably my biggest concern. we'll see. He was battling for the starting spot but he wasnt set in stone

As for Wilson, he was good enough that Malzahn wanted him at tulsa

He was a 4* and won a state title in HS...he has the talent. We just think Petrino+our WR corp means he has a great start
