Texas Tech as of late.
A&M has an obscene amount of arrogance for a program that hasn't accomplished much since Hitler invaded Poland, but at least there are some achievements, albeit scarce, they can hang their hat on.
Texas Tech is beyond hopeless, going to be stuck in a conference where they no longer have any rival worth caring about, and haven't even finished in the top 10 in football, ever. Seriously, not once. Even Texas during their worst decade in football history the past 10 years was able to finish in the top 10 at least once.
