I’m president and CEO of my S-corp. I’m also its only full time employee. Saved $6000 in income tax the first year I incorporated 16 years ago. It’s generally common knowledge but if you’re self-employed and not incorporated you’re a fool and giving money away (don’t take it personally, my accountant called me one too

I’ve been expecting five years for someone to reference my screen name, assuming it’s a personal glossing of myself or the Crimson Tide. It’s actually the name of a song about the apocalypse by my favorite band, Steely Dan. Not sure why it popped in my head when I registered but it seems appropriate now.
