This is unfortunate you believe this. The reality is that the your media exposure is* a double edged sword.

Just as the world knows of your brand and image. Over the last 20 years the world has also seen your actions.

It’s been discussed on message boards for a decade. Indeed, Nebraska and Colorado left the Big12 before A&M did.

Prior to that, Arkansas left the SWC, because of the same underlying issue, Texas wanted to control the conference.

A&M became vocal primarily when we were forced to* do so due to Texas trying to force a school that was larger than they were to a conference they didn’t want to go to.

It’s not some boogeyman conspiracy, there are multiple teams, with years of historical evidence that is well known and well documented.

There’s only one reason you are leaving the Big 12. Only one.

Because there are no teams left that will put up with Texas running the Big 12 and what has been left is a shell of mediocrity that has hurt Texas due to their own actions.

My father has long since passed on, and so has your team. Yes, it certainly used to be this way.

But now your arse is in a wheelchair and you are a 5-7 used to be team.

Come talk to us when your old arse isn’t 5-7.

What is a “ team player” in a conference.....isn’t it all about competition....

Actually no. You’ve mixed the game with the business. In business, you don’t do business with bad partners that aren’t team players that operate in bad faith.

There’s competition on the field and there is operating in bad faith. You have to be able to trust your business partners.

Competition is not appropriate in a boardroom. Cooperative agreement is mandatory.
